We are looking for a creative and reliable part-time Content Creator / Videographer / Editor to support our real estate business in producing high-quality content for marketing and branding.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Videography
- Plan, film, and direct engaging video content for real estate listings, client testimonials, social media, and personal branding.
- Capture both lifestyle and professional footage (property walkthroughs, market tips, behind-the-scenes content).
- Take photos/videos of properties, events, and on-location shoots.
Editing & Post-Production
- Edit raw footage into polished videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Add captions, graphics, music, and transitions to ensure videos are engaging and professional.
- Repurpose long-form content into shorter reels/clips for social media.
- Maintain consistency in style, branding, and storytelling.
Content Strategy Support
- Suggest creative ideas, trending formats, and hooks to increase reach and engagement.
- Work closely with the business owner to align content with marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Manage and organize media files for easy retrieval.
Requirements
- Proficient in videography, video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Strong eye for storytelling, composition, and branding.
- Familiar with social media platforms, trends, and formats.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly.
Work Arrangement
- Part-time (to be discussed) / 2 to 3 work days per week.
- Flexible working hours, mix of on-site filming (properties, meetings) and editing.
- Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and workload.
