Clinic Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Clinic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and reminders
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries promptly
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle data entry
- Assist in billing, payments, and processing insurance claims (if applicable)
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow
- Keep the reception area neat and presentable
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, courteous, and patient-focused attitude
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, scheduling software, etc.)
- Prior experience in customer service or healthcare reception is an advantage
