Job Description

Clinic Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Clinic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service
  • Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and reminders
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries promptly
  • Maintain accurate patient records and handle data entry
  • Assist in billing, payments, and processing insurance claims (if applicable)
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Keep the reception area neat and presentable

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, courteous, and patient-focused attitude
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, scheduling software, etc.)
  • Prior experience in customer service or healthcare reception is an advantage
