Part-Time Clinic Assistant (Weekday and weekend Position)

Private clinic located along Holland Road is looking for a friendly and responsible Part-Time Clinic Assistant to join our team.

Working Hours

• some weekdays
• Saturdays: 2:00pm - 5:30pm
• Sundays: 10:00am - 2:00pm

Job Scope

• Dispense medication
• Handle payment and billing
• Manage reception area
• Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing
• Assist doctor during consultations when required

Requirements

• Pleasant and professional attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and responsibly
• Prior clinic experience is a bonus, but not required
