Job Summary
You will perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure hygienic, safe, and orderly office environments through surface cleaning, floor care, restroom sanitation, pantry upkeep, waste management, and disinfection of high-touch areas.
Responsibilities
- Dust and wipe down workstations, desks, chairs, and common furniture to maintain cleanliness
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum carpeted and hard-floor office areas daily, including meeting rooms and reception zones
- Wash and disinfect toilets and sinks, and replenish supplies such as hand towels, soap, and toilet paper
- Clean pantry sinks, countertops, utensils, cups, and maintain communal appliances like microwaves and coffee machines
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly and ensure proper waste disposal
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces including door handles, light switches, and lift panels to uphold hygiene standards
- Stand, bend, and lift cleaning equipment for extended shifts to complete tasks efficiently
- Arrive punctually to perform cleaning duties before or after office hours as scheduled
- Understand basic English instructions and communicate maintenance issues clearly
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Certifications related to cleaning or hygiene practices (optional but preferred)
