Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process all sales transactions and handle cash, credit and all other forms of payments accurately and efficiently using POS (Point-Of-Sales) System
- Responsible for cash collections, withdrawals and reconciliation of all transactions at the end of each shift
- Maintain adequate stock levels of inventory such as receipt rolls and STEB bags
- Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and safety of work environment
- Stay informed and adhere to duty-free allowances, age restrictions, and other relevant regulations
- Engage with customers to encourage additional purchases to drive sales
- Be the company's front-line ambassador to uphold company's branding and image
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Cashiering experience in FMCG industry will be an added advantage
- Strong communication skills and able to work well within a team
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual skills will be an added advantage to assist international travelers
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Able to commit to rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
