Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages according to house standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Deliver friendly and attentive customer service
- Assist with bar opening and closing duties
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory checks
- Ensure drinks are presented consistently and efficiently
- Work closely with the service and kitchen team to maintain smooth operations
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior bar experience is mandatory
- Able to commit weekends and evening shifts
