Job Description & Requirements:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections and recommendations.
- Prepare a variety of coffee and non-caffeinated beverages using the espresso machine.
- Prepare light café food items following standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Ensure consistency in the taste, quality, and presentation of all drinks and foods.
- Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of the espresso machine and grinder.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar and service areas at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn and support both barista and service tasks.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in F&B or café settings is preferred.
