We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Barista to join our takeaway-focused concept. The role involves preparing quality coffee, managing bar operations, and supporting a smooth, high-volume workflow. This is a fast-paced environment with no table service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based and brewed beverages according to standards
- Perform daily dial-in, grinder calibration, and equipment care
- Manage bar setup, cleaning, restocking, and general hygiene
- Handle customer orders accurately and professionally
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations
- Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
- Any other duties assigned by the manager
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the F&B or Retail industry will be an advantage
- Barista or caf experience preferred
- Strong espresso fundamentals are an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent team player and friendly individual
- High initiative and positive attitude
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- 5-day work week with short working hours (e.g. 6 hours)
