We're Hiring: Part-Time Barista
Location: Rowell Road
Part-Time | Flexible hours | Weekday + Weekend shifts ($10-$15 / hr)
We're a caf-bar that takes pride in great flavour - whether it's in the cup, on the plate, or through warm service. We're looking for a part-time barista to join our team and help create a welcoming, high-quality coffee experience for our guests.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, filter brews, and cold beverages
- Maintain consistent quality and workflow during busy hours
- Engage with customers and create a warm, friendly environment
- Assist with opening or closing duties, depending on your shift
- Keep the bar clean, well-stocked, and organised
Who You Are
- Experienced in operating an espresso machine and dialling in shots
- Confident with milk texturing and basic latte art
- Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure
- Friendly, dependable, and enjoy being part of a team
- Open to learning and contributing beyond just coffee
Bonus If You:
- Have experience with manual brewing or cocktail prep
- Know your way around a bar and can whip up classic cocktails
- Can help with basic POS and order flow
- Are available on weekend mornings or evenings
