We're a Singapore-based company building digital products across education, eyecare, and HR. We use AI extensively across our apps - from adaptive learning tools for children, to screenings, to HR automation. We're looking for a capable, self-driven AI developer to join us part-time and contribute across real market ready products.
What You'll Be Doing
- Integrate and improve AI-powered features across our suite of apps
- Work with LLM APIs for content generation, parsing, classification, and assessment
- Design and refine prompts to improve output quality and accuracy
- Build and maintain APIs that connect AI services to our products
- Collaborate with our team of educators, clinicians, and developers to align features with real user needs
- Support deployment and maintenance on cloud platforms
What We're Looking For
- Currently studying Computer Science, AI, Information Systems, or a related discipline at a local university
- Experience or strong interest in working with LLM APIs and prompt engineering
- Comfortable with Python (JavaScript also welcome)
- Familiarity with building APIs and working with databases
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal hand-holding
Nice to Have
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with Docker and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean)
- Interest in AI applications in education or healthcare
Internship Option
Students who are coming to their credit-bearing internship module at their university (e.g. NUS ATAP, NTU Professional Internship, SIT IWSP, SUTD Internship Programme) are also welcome to fulfil their internship with us. This is separate from and in addition to the part-time role - we're happy to work with your university to formalise the arrangement.
