Job Description

Responsibilities:

. Manage correspondingemail, faxes, mails & telephone calls.

. PerformData Entry - Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoices and Packaging.

. Liaise with supplier on goods in & out.
. Order logistic items for HeadOffice and outlets.
. Assist in any ad-hoc duties whenassigned.


Requirements:

. Minimum O level certification.
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel andWord.
. Well verse in English and Mandarinto liaise with Chinese counter-part.
