Job Summary
Learn 2 Play Music Academy seeks a friendly, organised Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, manage customer interactions, coordinate schedules, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth academy functioning.
Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers and deliver responsive, helpful customer service to meet their needs
- Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms to provide accurate information
- Process student registrations, invoices, payments, and retail sales accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate teachers schedules and arrange replacement lessons to maintain smooth class operations
- Monitor and ensure timely collection of school fees to support financial processes
- Provide front counter support to facilitate daily academy activities and operations
- Assist the Supervisor with administrative duties and operational projects to improve workflow
- Track inventory levels and replenish supplies to maintain adequate stock for academy needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the academy environment for a welcoming atmosphere
- Interact professionally and respectfully with students, parents, teachers, and colleagues, demonstrating compassion and integrity
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail and Calendar) or equivalent office productivity software.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enjoy working with children and families
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for communicating with some parents
Other Information
Working Schedule
- Wednesdays and Fridays
- 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- Applicants should be able to commit to both working days. Candidates who are able to provide occasional weekend support will have an advantage.

Salary & Benefits
- SGD $8.00-$12.00 per hour (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
