Job Description

We are looking for an organized individual who is able to handle all things administrative and coordinate between our clients, underwriters, and sales representatives. AKGI PTE. LTD. is a leading general insurance corporate agency, focusing on technology to bring premier insurance solutions to corporations in Singapore.

Position:

Part-Time Admin Executive, Permanent Position, WFH.

Pay: $14.50/hr.

Location: Work from your own home after the first 2 to 4 weeks of training.

Training location: Sengkang Compassvale, Home Office (First 2 to 4 weeks).

Days:

5-day work week - Monday to Friday, excluding PH.

Time:

1 pm to 5 pm, 4 hours. (Fixed Hours)

Job Scope:

  • Coordinate with our underwriters for quotations.

  • Prepare documents and coordinate with clients.

  • Provide general administrative support.

  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Good in record tracking and keeping.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
