Established in 1994, a small organization operating for 31 years in Singapore, is recruiting part-time Accounts Executive who is committed to at least 2 work days per week. Offering reasonable remuneration to a detail-oriented executive who enjoys independent working environment, and is passionate about maintaining systematic work processes.
Retired accountants and book-keepers in search of short work week are welcomed!
Main duties include
- Manage Payables and Receivables (proven skills in management of pre-payments and accruals)
- Handle bank reconciliation
- Manage staff expense claims
- Prepare data for GST submission
- Any other related and assigned duties

Quallifications
- Minimum O levels with at least 4 credits
- Singaporean/Permanent Resident
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
- Experienced in full set accounts with some experiences in management account are advantageous
- Familiarity with ABSS (MYOB) accounting software is an advantage
- Meticulous and thorogh in accounting work processes
- Values independent working environment and is not averse to taking the initiative to make workflow improvements through coordination and consultation with related departments
- Able to assess needs and manage changing priorities in established workflow
- Detail-oriented personality and adept at maintaining systematic work processes
- Strong in communication skills
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting duties stated above.
What we offer:
- 2 workdays per week
- Minimum work hours per workday is 1000hr-1600hr, including 30 minutes paid lunch-break
- Minimum 12 work hours per week
- Hourly rate from S$17 (depending on qualification and experience)
- Employer contribution to CPF on top of hourly rate stated above
