1. Administrative Support
- Handle data entry and maintain proper record-keeping
- Assist with audits and compliance checks
- Prepare documents for external accountants
- Purchase stationery and office supplies when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail (sorting, distribution, and dispatch)
2. Coordination & Communication
Liaise between internal departments (e.g., sales, finance, operations)
- Support internal teams with administrative coordination
- Follow up on service requests, approvals, and deliverables
3. Finance & Claims Administration
- Prepare Payment Vouchers (PV)
Process and prepare staff claim forms
- Follow up on approvals for PV and staff claims
- Ensure proper documentation and submission for finance processing
4. Ad hoc tasks
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Director
