About the Role
East Asia Research is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Conference Helpers to support the smooth running of our international academic conference. This is a short-term, part-time opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and working in a dynamic, event-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and usher conference delegates to their seats
• Assist with timekeeping during conference sessions
• Take photos and capture key moments of the event
• Support with ad hoc tasks as assigned by the conference team
• Ensure the smooth flow of the conference program

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual, reliable, and a team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Current students are welcome to apply
