Job Summary

You will collect unattended parcels daily from dormitory guardposts, manage client and recipient feedback, support couriers during medical leave, and use logistics software to ensure smooth parcel recollection operations.

Responsibilities

• Collect unattended parcels daily from dormitory guardposts to ensure timely delivery
• Manage and resolve feedback from clients and recipients to maintain service quality
• Use logistics software to track and update parcel status, improving operational efficiency (preferred)
• Support couriers by taking over their delivery duties during medical leave to maintain service continuity
• Operate company or personal vehicles safely for parcel collection and delivery tasks

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 2B or Class 3 driving licence to operate delivery vehicles

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in logistics software to assist in parcel tracking and management

Other Information

Salary Package

• Basic: SGD 2500.00 per month
• Bike / Car Allowance: SGD 800 / SGD 1500
• Petrol Card: SGD 500 per month

Company vehicle provided if candidate does not have their own vehicle (e.g., a van), with permission to drive the vehicle home.
