About the Role

Step into a leadership role as a Paramedic and Crew Leader responding to emergency calls, ensuring timely and high-quality pre-hospital care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the EMS crew during emergency responses
• Provide advanced pre-hospital care and patient stabilization
• Manage crew operations, including ambulance readiness and equipment checks
• Ensure compliance with operational and administrative KPIs
• Mentor and guide junior EMTs/EMTDs during shifts

Requirements

Paramedic Course recognized by the Ministry of Health (MOH)

Operationally ready and physically fit for emergency response
