Paralegal

Job Description

1. To provide legal support to lawyers on cases including carrying out research, drafting preparing and formatting court documents

2. Assisting with e-litigation functions including court filings and monitoring, maintaining and updating calendar for lawyers

3. Assisting in other tasks related to cases which includes taking meeting minutes, assisting in witness interviews and attending site inspections

Requirements

1. Diploma in law minimally required but law degree holders are also welcome to apply

2. Minimum 1 year of experience required, 2 - 3 years of experience preferred

3. Good command of spoken and written English

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint)

5. Able to work well under pressure
