About the opportunity

A leading multinational group is looking for a Paralegal to support its Legal Counsel on regulatory matters, with a particular focus on competition and antitrust law.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to regulatory reviews, investigations and compliance initiatives across multiple business units.

The role

This is an individual contributor position requiring strong legal research, analytical, coordination and document-management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

Support regulatory, competition and antitrust matters, including investigations, regulatory reviews and internal compliance initiatives.

Conduct legal and regulatory research and prepare concise summaries and analysis.

Assist with document collection, review and preparation for regulatory submissions or investigations.

Coordinate information and responses across business units and internal functions.

Maintain case files, regulatory correspondence, trackers and key deadlines.

Support competition law training, internal guidance and compliance materials.

Assist with liaison among regulators, external counsel and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Law, Legal Studies or a related discipline.

Prior paralegal experience, preferably involving competition, antitrust, regulatory or corporate legal work.

Strong research, analytical, drafting and organisational skills.

Meticulous, dependable and comfortable handling confidential information.

Able to work independently while managing multiple matters and competing deadlines.
