We're seeking a talented Paralegal to join our esteemed legal team. As a Paralegal with drafting proficiency, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our legal operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting Legal Documents: Utilize your drafting skills to prepare various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and correspondence. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of these documents.
Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support attorneys in case preparation, including gathering relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
Document Review and Analysis: Assist in reviewing and analyzing legal documents to identify key issues, discrepancies, and potential risks.
Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders, providing updates on case progress and addressing inquiries as needed.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to attorneys, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining case management systems.
