Job Summary

Kertar & Sandhu LLC (KSL) seeks a Paralegal to support its Litigation Department by delivering substantive legal and administrative assistance across criminal, family, commercial, and civil litigation matters within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed legal research to support case preparation and strategy development
• Draft legal documents and correspondence to facilitate case progress and client communication
• Collaborate with counsel by attending client meetings and court sessions to assist in case management
• Manage administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operation of the Litigation Department
• Work independently to handle assigned tasks while contributing effectively within a team setting
• Demonstrate dedication, diligence, and drive to meet deadlines and support legal outcomes
