Role
Kennedys is looking for a Paralegal to join our Singapore office in the Aviation team. The Aviation team's specialism includes dispute resolution in single and cross border litigation, complex and high value subrogation claims, catastrophic loss, risk management and regulatory matters.
This is a great opportunity for a Paralegal who is keen to be part of a highly regarded team within a fast growing international law firm.

Kennedys Singapore office was established in 2008 and in 2015 entered into a joint law venture (JLV) with local Singapore law firm, Legal Solutions to create Kennedys Legal Solutions. Kennedys Legal Solutions is the Singapore office of the international law firm Kennedys which has 45 offices around the world.
We pride ourselves on helping our clients navigate both business and legal challenges throughout the Asia Pacific region and across multiple practice areas, with a strong focus in both the commercial and insurance/reinsurance sector. We provide a seamless suite of services across both English and Singapore law and are closely connected with our offices in Hong Kong, Australia and the Middle East, as well as partner firms across Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues
- Working on tight deadlines and as part of a team
- Attend to clients both on the telephone and in person in a professional manner
- To undertake any other duties which from time to time may be allocated.
Required Experience
- At least 1 - 2 years of law firm experience, we are also open to applications from more experienced paralegal with the applicable experience and ambition
- Excellent academics in Law
- Demonstrable research, writing, organisational and communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Immediately available or available with short notice
