Our client is a smart automotive technology company developing automotive-grade AI chips and integrated softwarehardware solutions for intelligent cockpits, cabindriving fusion, and on-device generative AI.
They are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal / Junior Legal Counsel to support their legal operations in Singapore. The role includes handling contracts, corporate filings, compliance tasks, and legal documentation. It is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage basic contracts (e.g., NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements) and maintain updated contract templates.
- Track contract signing and filing; maintain legal records and document templates.
- Assist with company filings and corporate maintenance.
- Support compliance work (e.g., KYC, basic due diligence, internal record management).
- Conduct basic legal research and help prepare internal memos or summaries.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Legal team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related discipline; candidates with a Singapore legal education background are preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal team, with hands-on exposure to contracts, corporate matters, and compliance support.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is required; Chinese proficiency is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting contract management, corporate filings, KYC, and basic due diligence is an advantage.
- Proficient in common office software and comfortable using basic AI tools to support legal work.
