Responsibilities
- Deliver legal and administrative assistance to corporate lawyers to facilitate smooth case management and client service
- Manage corporate secretarial tasks to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
- Draft and prepare correspondence, office documents, and legal documents to support legal operations and client communications
- Execute compliance filings and maintain accurate statutory records to uphold regulatory standards
- Liaise effectively with clients and relevant authorities to coordinate information exchange and resolve queries
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently to produce and manage legal and administrative documents
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate experience in corporate secretarial work to enhance operational efficiency
