Paralegal (Conglomerate)

A leading conglomerate is looking for an experienced paralegal to support key areas within their robust legal team.

Responsibilities

You will play an active role working alongside a senior legal counsel, handling regulatory matters related but not limited to competition law, regulatory reviews, investigations, internal compliance and antitrust matters.

This would translate to necessary research, analysis and consolidation of findings surrounding the above topics.

There'd also be exposure to engagement with internal and external stakeholders including regulators and external counsels.

Requirements

At least 5 years experience with a degree or diploma in Law/Legal Studies. Some relevant experience in regulatory work (especially if related to antitrust/competition) would be favourable. A strong team player with an analytical mind.
