Paralegal (Banking & Finance)

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to join its Banking & Finance team in Singapore. This role offers exposure to a wide range of financing transactions, including syndicated lending, acquisition finance, project finance, and cross-border deals. You will support partners and associates on complex mandates, gaining valuable experience in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and preparing financing agreements and related documentation.

• Support lawyers in managing transaction processes, including due diligence and closing checklists.

• Conduct legal and regulatory research on banking and finance matters.

• Liaise with clients, counterparties, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.

• Maintain organised records and transaction files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Provide administrative and paralegal support across the Banking & Finance practice.

Requirements

• Prior paralegal experience in banking & finance or corporate law will be advantageous. Legal Secretaries supporting Banking teams are welcomed to apply.

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in liaising with clients and colleagues.

• Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to develop expertise in complex financing work.
