We are partnering with a leading global asset management firm to hire a Paralegal on a 1-year contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure within a dynamic financial services environment, supporting a high-performing legal team across regional and global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and commercial agreements, including vendor, service, and confidentiality agreements
- Assist lawyers with contract lifecycle management, including tracking, filing, and maintaining legal documentation
- Conduct legal research and provide support on regulatory and compliance matters relevant to asset management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., compliance, risk, operations) on contract-related matters
- Support legal team on ad-hoc projects, reporting, and process improvements
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Law or a related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of legal experience
- Prior experience within financial services or asset management is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
