1. Machine Management (25 Nestlé Machines Across 17 Locations)
- Conduct daily 2 round (1 morning, 1 afternoon) to all 17 locations to check and service a total of 25 Nestlé beverage machines.
- Ensure each machine is fully stocked with the required ingredients: Milo, Nescafe, Coffee mate, Soy Milk, and Teh Tarik.
- Verify that ingredient canisters are properly seated and cleaned to avoid blockages.
- Check overall operational readiness.
2. Machine Cleaning & Maintenance
- Perform daily cleaning of all machines, including wiping external surfaces and removing any spills or residue.
- Conduct basic internal cleaning as required, such as removing used waste containers and rinsing parts according to guidelines.
- Ensure machines are always hygienic and presentable for Micron Team Member use.
3. Inventory Monitoring & Replenishment
- Monitor stock levels for all ingredients, including tea and sugar, and replenish promptly to avoid shortages.
- Keep track and record daily usage trends and inform the manager if additional stock needs to be ordered.
- Ensure all supplies are stored neatly and safely at designated locations.
4. Reporting Machine Issues
- Immediately report any machine defects, breakdowns, or abnormal performance (e.g., leakage, error codes, low heating).
- Inform the manager so that a technician can be arranged for servicing without delay.
- Follow up on repair status and update the team if machines remain down for operation.
5. General Support Duties
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of pantry areas.
- Provide support for ad-hoc pantry-related tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Preferably with experience in vending/beverage machine servicing, facilities or pantry support
- Basic troubleshooting and simple maintenance skillls
- Physically fit to carry and replenish ingredients (Beverage)
- Able to perform cleaning and hygiene upkeep of machines independently
- Monitor stock levels and maintain simple daily records
- Promptly report machine faults and follow up repairs
- Responsible, punctual and able to work independently
- Good time management and attention to cleanliness
- Willing to support ad-hoc pantry duties
