Job Description

Areas of focus

. Cleaning and maintaining good hygiene in the office

. Storeroom and utility room organising

. Preparing fruits for colleagues every Monday to Thursday, and distributing desserts every Friday

. Helping and making sure that office is presentable all day and every day

. Preparing for meetings with coffee and tea-break snacks if needed etc.

. Re-stock pantry items and cleaning supplies for the office on weekly and monthly basis

. Packing event merchandise and wrapping gifts for clients and staff on specific occasions

Your professional skills

. Experience from in similar position, e.g., office cleaner, tea lady

. Good English communication skills

Your personal skills

. Enjoys helping other people and give an extra hand where needed

. Positive, proactive and solution-oriented mindset

. Responsible and knows how to prioritise tasks

. Good social skills
