Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office pantry, including appliances, utensils, and storage areas.
- Monitor pantry inventory and restock items proactively.
- Assist in receiving pantry deliveries and checking items for quality and expiry dates.
- Prepare meeting rooms with refreshment when assigned.
- Ensure the cleanliness of all areas within the pantry, including the pantry and stationary storerooms. This includes maintaining cleanliness of all appliances such as refrigerators (expired food to be thrown away), microwave ovens, coffee machines, hot drink/water
- dispensers, and basins & etc.
- Assist other office support staff as needed.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office pantry support, hospitality, or similar is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Organized, proactive, and attentive to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
- Physically able to perform light cleaning tasks.
