Key Result Areas
. Manage the daily F&B operation of the Café & Pantry Services
. Provide excellent customer service to Clients, Customers & Guests Prepare & Setup and serve food.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Pantry Assistant
. Assists Facilities Coordinator (FC) in administrating the day-to-day operations in Facilities Management.
. Provides administrative and site facilities support.
. Responsible for all internal and external correspondence through the reception area.
. Coordinate with Vendors for food delivery
. To prepare stock inventory report and servicing report for management review.
. Responsible for Cleanliness of the service counter and Pantry areas.
. Responsible for training and other service standard requirements
. The staff will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of each vending machine together with the filling/replenishment, service, repair and maintenance of it.
. Ensure sufficient volumes and range of pantry supplies and drink options including consumables are always made available to its customers.
. All service, table, glass ware, crockery and cutlery used in delivery of service to be well maintained, in a safe, clean and hygienic state.
. The Vendor is responsible for identifying the requirements of individual pantry/serveries through monitoring and observation during site visits.
. The staff to ensure additional stock is held centrally and manages the distribution of stock to accommodate seasonal peaks
. The Vendor to provide proactive management/supervision of service areas to maintain efficient customer flow, friendly and efficient service, product availability and dish-wash throughout the service periods.
. Active management of seating areas to ensure optimum use of these facilities.
. Dispose of all unconsumed food and related waste in accordance with statutory/regulatory requirements.
