Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and expand trading opportunities in the palm oil midstream sector, covering CPO and key derivatives, targeting markets in India, Pakistan and the Middle East.
- Manage negotiations and oversee the import & export process with buyers and sellers.
- Monitor market trends and analyse data to support informed trading decisions.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of trades.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of trading activities.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
The position requires
- Around 10 years of experience in Palm Oil import & export in India, Pakistan or the Middle East.
- Strong customer management and negotiation skills.
- The ability to handle urgent problem-solving situations.
- Understanding of international trade regulations and policies.
- A proactive and confident personality with the ability to meet high ethical standards.
