PAINTER / TECHNICIAN
Salary: S$2,500 - S$3,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out painting, touch-up and repainting works for walls, ceilings, doors, fixtures and other areas.
- Perform general maintenance and repair work, including, electrical and plumbing, carpentry related repairs will be an advantage.
- Inspect and identify defects or maintenance issues and carry out necessary rectification works.
- Assist with preventive maintenance to ensure the Club's facilities, equipment and fittings are kept in good condition.
- Attend to maintenance requests and urgent repair works when required.
- Assist contractors and external service providers with maintenance and renovation works.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure tools and equipment are safely stored after use.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and Club requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- NITEC / Higher NITEC or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in painting, building maintenance or general repair works.
- Experience in painting, plumbing, carpentry and basic electrical works will be an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on maintenance work.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
