- Go site by site make sure painting complete
- Follow introduction from company
- Handle worker issue
- Plan and schedule painting works according to project timeline
- Ensure proper surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, priming) before painting
- Monitor quality of painting works (finishing, coating thickness, consistency)
- Inspect completed work and rectify defects when required
- Coordinate with main contractors, site engineers, and other trades
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations (WSH)
- Manage and control usage of materials, tools, and equipment
- Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce safety practices on-site
- Maintain site records and progress reports
