Job Description

Brief Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Paid Media Specialist, where you'll leverage your expertise to plan and execute innovative paid media strategies across the APAC region. Play a key role in driving growth through effective media campaigns and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize advanced paid media campaigns from inception to launch. Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of campaign strategies and objectives across the organization. Provide actionable insights on campaign performance to stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decisions. Measure and evaluate important paid media KPIs, applying optimization strategies to enhance results. Manage comprehensive campaigns, including Branding, Paid Social, Paid Search, content syndication, and lead generation. Oversee media buys for multiple advertising platforms and handle daily execution of paid media initiatives. Manage and allocate paid media budgets effectively. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for an integrated media strategy. Collaborate with tech and web development teams to ensure successful execution of technical components like landing pages and tracking codes. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in paid media and digital campaign management. Experience with paid social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, WeChat, and Twitter knowledge of programmatic platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, and Criteo, as well as paid search. Strong foundation in B2B marketing with a solid understanding of data flow and user journeys. Previous experience in a digital media agency or a campaign management position. Excellent time management skills and proven ability to deliver high-quality results. Proficient in handling multiple campaigns and programs simultaneously. Detail-oriented with basic analytical skills to assess trend data. Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and reporting tools (e.g., Datorama, Tableau) is advantageous. Understanding of data management platforms (DMPs) and lead-passing solutions through content syndication is a plus. Knowledge of first-party audience segmentation using content data platforms (CDPs) like Adobe Experience Platform is a plus.
