Job Description

We are looking for a SpeechTherapist with experience in paediatric communication and feeding therapy to join our growing team. You will assess and treat children with speech,language, communication, and feeding challenges while working closely withfamilies and multidisciplinary partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess speech, language, communication, and feeding difficulties in children, including developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and sensory-based feeding challenges.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting communication development, feeding skills, and safe swallowing.
  • Deliver therapy through 1:1 and small group sessions, adapting strategies to each child's developmental needs and functional goals.
  • Use clinical data and therapy software to track progress, update care plans, and support evidence-based intervention.
  • Guide and coach parents/caregivers on practical strategies to support communication and mealtime routines at home.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals to support holistic child development.
  • Maintain clear clinical documentation and contribute to an outcomes-driven therapy service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy / Speech Pathology from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of paediatric speech therapy experience preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong paediatric clinical placements are encouraged to apply.
  • AHPC registration (or eligibility) to practice in Singapore.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage children and families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
  • Compassionate, child-centred approach to therapy.
