Coaching & Programming
- Program Development: Create and implement structured padel programs for all levels (beginners, juniors, and advanced players).
- Instruction: Deliver private, semi-private, and group coaching sessions.
- Clinic Management: Organize and lead padel clinics, workshops, and high-energy social events.
- Performance Training: Develop elite players and junior performance pathways.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, mentor, and schedule coaching teams to ensure high-quality instruction and on-brand behaviour.
Community Building & Business Growth
- Player Retention & Growth: Actively build the player base through community outreach and high-energy engagement.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with Business Development & Events manager to plan, market, and execute tournaments, leagues, corporate events, and social mixers.
- Marketing: Collaborate with UFIT Head of Marketing-on-marketing strategies, social media content creation, and promotions to increase court occupancy and revenue.
Revenue Accountability: Collaborate with UFIT Head of Sports to set and meet revenue targets through coaching hours, clinic attendance and events
Key Requirements
- Certification: Certified Padel Coach (e.g., FIP, PadelMBA, RSPA) is usually required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role, often 3-5+ years, preferably in sports or luxury hospitality.
- Skills: Strong communication (English required, others a plus), IT proficiency (WhatsApp, CRM, social media), and a proactive attitude.
