Job Description:
FSA Holdings Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Padel & Tennis Coach to deliver high-quality coaching services to members of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in padel and tennis instruction, with a focus on developing fundamental techniques, match strategy, and sportsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured tennis and padel lessons for children, adults, and groups of varying skill levels.
- Adapt coaching methods to suit individual learning needs and sport-specific demands.
- Teach fundamental techniques, match strategy, and sportsmanship.
- Provide player feedback and monitor progress.
Programme & Event Support:
- Assist with the planning and delivery of camps, social play sessions, leagues, and tournaments.
- Promote both sports within the community to drive participation and engagement.
- Support the development of performance players in both tennis and padel.
Requirements:
- Tennis Coaching Qualification: Minimum ITF Level 1 or equivalent.
- Padel Coaching Qualification: Certification from a recognized body (e.g. FIP, PadelMBA), or demonstrable experience in padel instruction.
- Past touring pro experience will be advantageous.
- Willing to work 150+ hours monthly
- Valid Standard First Aid with CPR/AED.
- Proven coaching experience with children and adults.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and during club events.
