- Packing of pastry and bread items
- Check the quality and quality control of all the foods items to meet the food saftey standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness of workplace
- Washing and cleaning of workplace
- Able to cope with the food production environment
- Assist in other ad hoc duties when required
- Possess a good working attitude
- Ensure that all food is processed according to the corporate and government regulatory control in hygiene and sanitation standards
- Ensure the safe operation of all cleaning equipment and report to the management of any faulty equipment
