Packer
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order slips or digital order systems.
- Carefully pack products using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping labels, invoices, and any necessary documentation.
- Ensure all orders meet quality standards before shipping.
- Report damaged or missing inventory to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station and work environment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Work with other team members to meet daily order fulfilment targets.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, or packing role is a plus.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg above.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Working Conditions:
Physical role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and bending.
