Our client is in the Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Packaging Technician to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Requirement
- Maintain safe EHS working conditions at all times.
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment per SOPs and respond to alerts during production.
- Handle production materials, including cleaning, sterilization, and proper storage as per SOPs.
- Dispose of degraded or contaminated materials in compliance with SOPs.
- Perform batch dispensing and input data into the inventory management system.
- Prepare, clean, and sterilize materials, equipment, and facilities manually or using automated systems.
- Conduct equipment calibration, pre-startup checks, and operate filling and packaging equipment.
- Follow operational procedures, specifications, and instructions to ensure product quality and CGMP compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and packaging quality issues, monitoring corrective actions.
- Assist in meeting department KPIs and ensuring timely delivery by adhering to the packaging line schedule.
- Perform tests and measurements to control variables like temperature, pressure, and viscosity during production.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min GCE N/ O/ A Level
- Min 2 - 3 year of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical or Food Plants
- Knowledge in SAP and with be advantage
