Packaging & Supply Chain Specialist

East (pick up islandwide)
No experience required as training will be provided
Office hour monday to Friday

Manage Client Packaging Projects
. Coordinate packaging and labeling requirements with clients
. Review requests and ensure compliance with operational requirements
. Prepare packaging mock-ups and support approval processes
. Monitor project timelines and documentation

Support Packaging & Production Operations
. Create and maintain packaging/redressing instructions
. Liaise with production teams on packaging requirements
. Manage document revisions and version control
. Assist in resolving operational issues

Inventory & Material Tracking
. Monitor client-owned packaging materials
. Track inventory usage and replenishment requirements
. Prepare inventory and status reports

Work Across Multiple Departments
. Collaborate with Production, QA, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams
. Support audits, compliance activities, and process improvements
