- Strong knowledge of graphic design processes, packaging, and print standards.
- Familiarity with legal requirements for product artwork.
- Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Technical understanding of color accuracy and industrial constraints.
Job Description
- Manage and coordinate master design projects across multiple product lines.
- Ensure timely delivery of designs, adherence to brand guidelines, and legal compliance.
- Optimize briefs for agencies and oversee workflows between creative and execution teams.
- Develop multilingual design versions based on defined language groups.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure industrial constraints (e.g., printing, packaging) are considered.
- Act as key liaison among marketing, legal, industrial teams, and external agencies.
- Support brand consistency and technical aspects for design execution.
- On-time delivery of master designs aligned with brand and industrial standards.
- Creation of design charters and guidelines for adaptation.
