Expectations of the Role:

Client & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on redressing instructions and packaging requirements.
  • Review, clarify, and validate client requests to ensure feasibility and compliance.
  • Prepare mock-ups, draft proposals, and support clients through the approval process.
  • Manager client accounts by tracking deliverables, timelines, and documentation.

Redressing Coordination

  • Draft clear, accurate Redressing Instructions (RI) for production use.
  • Work closely with the production team to assess feasibility of redressing activities.
  • Coordinate changes, updates, and maintain version control for RIs.
  • Assist production in troubleshooting redressing issues and providing clarification.

Inventory & Material Management

  • Monitor and manage client-owned packaging material inventory.
  • Track material consumption, shortages and replenishment requirements.
  • Prepare and share material status reports with internal stakeholders and clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with production, QA, supply chain, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of redressing operations.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and documentation related to packaging material activities.

Requirements (Must-Have):

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in packaging, supply chain, production coordination, or account management role.
  • Proficient in MS Office

Advantageous to Have:

  • Basic understanding of packaging materials, processes, and redressing activities.
  • Ability to draft clear, structured, and accurate technical instructions.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
