Package Controls Lead

Job Purpose:

The FPSO Package Controls Lead is responsible for the overall project controls function (planning/scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, and reporting) for a specific FPSO package (e.g., Topsides, Hull, Living Quarters, Integration, or Marine Systems). The role ensures the assigned package is delivered on schedule and within budget by providing accurate, timely, and integrated controls data to project leadership, and by driving performance across the Contractor's project controls team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8-12 years of project controls experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience on FPSO or large offshore/marine projects.
• Strong knowledge of planning, cost control, progress measurement, and project reporting.
• Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6), cost control systems, and reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
