The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of multi-function operational processes within Logistics, Operations, Analytics, Decision Support and Reverse Logistics. A strategic thinker who can connect the dots of the bigger picture, as well as being comfortable in the details of the deliverables to develop and recommend strategy to senior leadership. Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, fast-paced, often ambiguous environment with the ability of working with multiple cross functional teams
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifying, data cleansing, and architecting large amounts of non-standard information to identify profiles and trends.
- Ability to improve data reliability with process controls.
- Undertake analysis to support decision making on fulfillment decisions, network strategy and environmental initiatives
- Evaluating current business processes and identify opportunities to improve and then own and globally lead program(s).
- Present comprehensive proposals to leadership based on investigations and analysis.
- Ability to maintain and develop relationships within a project and team.
- Work closely with Finance to focus on the identification of supply chain cost challenges and opportunities by product and by route to market.
- Work closely with other operational business units such as Reseller Operations, SDM, Retail Fulfilment, and Apple Fulfilment Operations to focus on the identification of supply chain cost challenges and opportunities.
- Developing processes focusing on cost, lead-time, and customer supply chain performance expectations.
- Ability to maintain and develop relationships within a project and team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical, data, modeling and program management capabilities.
- Experience in analytical tools and techniques (Tableau desktop/prep, Python, SQL)
- Technical person with the ability to quickly understand business processes and drivers.
- Ability to lead and manage complex projects in a matrix organization across varying domains.
- A desire to operate hands on in the role and have excellent verbal, analytical, written, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort and ability to operate and drive efforts without solid line responsibly.
- 5+ years professional experience in data, analysis, modeling and program management
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct logistics experience helpful but not a pre-requisite.
- Broad experience across supply chain, engineering and data analytics visualization ideal.
