Description
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations during the invoicing process.
- Handle invoice discrepancies and resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices and related transactions in the system.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure proper documentation for purchases.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Provide support during audits and assist in improving invoicing processes.
Profile
A Successful P2P Specialist (Invoicing) Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in accounts payable or invoicing processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
