This role is responsible for managing the full Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay cycle, ensuring accurate invoice processing, vendor management, payment execution, and month-end activities. The successful candidate will collaborate with regional finance teams, drive process improvements, and support compliance within a shared services environment.

Description
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and P2P processes.
- Maintain vendor master data and ensure data accuracy.
- Process invoices and payment runs in a timely manner.
- Handle month-end closing activities and GRIR reconciliations.
- Partner with finance stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Support process improvement and standardisation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOPs.
- Assist with ad hoc finance and reporting activities.
Profile
- Business Fluency in both Korean (min TOPIK Level 4) and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree or Diploma in relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Master Data Management, Vendor Management, or related finance operations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP is an added advantage)
- Relevant experience in procurement-to-payment processes or accounts payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Attention to detail and a strong understanding of financial principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying improvements.
