Overseas Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the sales of the full range of data center infrastructure products across overseas markets, with a focus on developing and managing key accounts. Effectively leverage the company's full product portfolio and capabilities to drive large-scale overseas projects through the entire lifecycle, including customer engagement, needs analysis, technical solution development, budgeting, English-language tendering, overseas contract negotiation, project delivery, and payment collection.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Automation, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields are preferred. Solid knowledge of UPS, precision cooling, power distribution, and prefabricated/modular data center solutions is required.
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in overseas presales, sales, or project management within the data center industry. Experience in the Asia-Pacific market is preferred.
3. Fluent in English, with strong cross-cultural communication and coordination skills. Able to independently conduct meetings and negotiations entirely in English, respond to overseas tenders and RFPs, and engage directly with senior overseas customers.
4. Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to undertake frequent overseas business travel. Strong resilience under pressure and proven ability to win and deliver key accounts and major projects.
